Treasure Hunter

Game Review

Treasure Hunter is a cross between "Dig-Dug" and "Bomb Jack". You must dig underground and recover treasure while avoiding rocks that fall from above when you dig under them. The game has three difficulty levels which determine the amount of time you will be given to find the required amount of treasures and get to the door at the end. On the hardest difficulty level you will most likely run out of time.

There is quite a bit of strategy involved in the game as you must sometimes make rocks fall into certain positions so you can obtain treasure previously covered by rocks. You must also be careful not to get trapped behind rocks. The graphics are fairly well done and sounds are appropriate. Music is repetitive and needs more variation.

Graphics 89% Well done, but nothing too special.
Sound 88% Suitable enough.
Music 75% Needs more variation.
Playability 90% A challenging game that you'll want to come back to.
Lastability 85% It can become boring after some time.
Difficulty 89% Quite strategic and challenging. It will take some practice to master.
Overall 86% A challenging and strategic game that you may find addictive, with fairly good graphic and sound.
