Level skip

For a level skip, enter the options screen and change the "Game Type" to the "Driving Only" setting. Highlight the following options in order and press Left and B together at each selection: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, then 1. A sound will confirm the code has worked. Pause the game and press C to jump to the next level.

Level select

For a level select, enter the options screen and change the "Game Type" to the "Platform Only" setting. Highlight the following options in order and press Left and B together at each selection: 1, 7, 1, 6, then 7. A sound will confirm the code has worked. Highlight an option number that corresponds to the desired level and hold Left and B together until game play starts.
