Continue game play

To continue playing after losing all lives, hold Diagonal Up/Right and press 1 and 2. This cheat can also be achieved by pressing Diagonal Down/Right, Diagonal Up/Left or Diagonal Down/Left in place of Diagonal Up/Right.

Bonus Life Meter

For a bonus life meter, press Diagonal Up/Left, 1 and 2 at the title screen.
