To continue game play after losing all lives, press , and at the "Game Over" screen. This cheat will only work in levels up to 8 and may only be done twice.
If you wish to continue playing after losing all lives and you are in a level after level 8, then before you begin playing, press 100 times at the title screen before the demo starts. Then, once you have lost all lives and the "Game Over" screen appears, press , and to continue playing. This cheat will only work in levels up to 17 and may only be done twice.
When the refuelling plane appears, get in line with it. Now, move across the top of the plane, then press , and to refuel.
This cheat requires the Pro Action Replay cheat device.
