you must use pictures that you have scanned or photographed yourself
or have been given the right to pass permission on to Console Database
to use the image. We cannot post images that have been taken from
other websites or magazines without permission. You must agree to
the following before you can submit images:
The image I am contributing has been scanned/photographed by
me and/or I have the right to allow Console Database to use this
image on the Internet.
I grant Console Database the full right to copy, modify, and
sublicense my submission. I understand that this is not a copyright
transfer – I still retain copyright on my original images.
I understand that if my contribution is used on the web I will
be credited for my contribution on the Site
Credits Page of Console Database unless I specifically ask
not to be credited.
I understand that Console Database is under no obligation to
post any the images I have submitted. There is no guarantee that
my images will be posted on the Internet.
Console Database reserves the right to remove/replace any image
at any time for any reason. Console Database is under no obligation
to leave any images posted for any amount of time.
Console Database does not pay for contributions. Console Database
is a non-profit, volunteer-based website and so payment is not
possible.
