How to get easy goals

Play a one player game against the computer. Kick off at about the 15 yard line then run the ball back down the centre of the field. Run right up to the far right of the field (without getting out of bounds) and there should now be a small gap between the out of bounds area and the final free defensive player. Run through this small gap. You can return the ball from kick off to your opponents 20 yard line and repeat over as many times as you like.

Unlimited first downs

To get unlimited first downs, get a first and inches (1 and 0 to go) and stay on the 0 yard line.
