For temporary invincibility, wait until the counter is at 272, 267, 232, 222, 171, 161, 131, or 121, then collect the boxes with question marks from the ships.

Bonus Points

For bonus points, find the rooms in the ships that contain green faces on the floor. Kill them to collect 500 points, then wait until they re-appear and repeat this for another 500 points.
