Infinite Lives

For infinite lives, begin loading the game as normal. When the screen goes blank, stop the tape and turn off the computer. Turn the computer back on and type: HIMEM 10000:HIRES:CLOAD"":CLOAD"":CLOAD"" . Now, continue playing the tape and the loading screen will appear as normal. Play the game as normal, but lose all of your lives once 100 points have been gained. Press CTRL and C when you are asked to enter your name for the high score screen. Type GOTO880 to gain infinite lives.

Screen Select

To select a screen, begin loading the game as normal. When the screen goes blank, stop the tape and turn off the computer. Turn the computer back on and type: HIMEM 10000:HIRES:CLOAD"":CLOAD"":CLOAD"" . Now, continue playing the tape and the loading screen will appear as normal. Press CTRL and C and enter one of the following POKEs that corresponds to the screen you'd like to play. Finally, enter GOTO 880 to play.

Screen 1: POKE 1033,0
Screen 2: POKE 1033,1
Screen 3: POKE 1033,2
Screen 4: POKE 1033,3
Screen 5: POKE 1033,4
Screen 6: POKE 1033,5
Screen 7: POKE 1033,6
Screen 8: POKE 1033,7
Screen 9: POKE 1033,8
Screen 10: POKE 1033,9
Any Screen: POKE 1033,X (replace X with the screen number you'd like to view minus 1 (so for screen 11, substitute X for 10)).

Exit screen 1 without shooting all bats

To exit the first screen without shooting all of the bats, shoot just 7 of them, then jump to the top of the stairs. Jump right to collect a hammer, then exit.
