To give yourself extra lives, load the program then inhibit its auto-run, then enter: POKE#1D31,? Where ? Is the number of lives you want.

Always make it to the High Score List

If you want to be on the high score list of the game, load the program, then inhibit its auto-run and enter: POKE#2198,#30. This will reset the high scores to zero so that your score will definitely make it to the list.
