This game was originally released in Japan on the Famicom Disk System as Yume Koujou Doki Doki Panic with different characters and some other differences and so it is listed separately. This game was re-released in Japan as "Super Mario USA" after the American release of Super Mario Bros. 2.
In World 1-3, take the magic potion just beyond the last door and drop it near the vase. Now, go down the vase and you'll warp to World 4-1.
