The boxes, cartridge labels and instruction manuals of the Australian/Italian versions of this game have the title "Ghost 'n Goblins".

Level Select

At the title screen, hold Right and press B, B then B. Release the Right button and press Up, B, B, B, Left B, B, B, Down, B, B, B then Start. A number and letter will appear. Press A or B to select a new starting level and Start to play.

Hidden message

Complete both quests, then press A, B, Up, Down, A, B, Left, then Right to view a bonus hidden message.
