This game is also known as "The Action Gamemaster".

Level Warp and Extra Life

In level 1, go to the second waterfall and walk into it. This takes you to the second level via a black screen where you can collect a 1Up.

Flying

If you want to fly, press the B button then press the A button in mid-air, then press B again to get higher. Don't go too high, though or your character will re-appear at the bottom of the screen, then die. This will only work in levels where your character can only move left and right and not up and down.
